Sarah studied at Aberdeen University for 10 years. Initially, studying the arts and social sciences, Sarah completed her academic career with a post graduate diploma in counselling. This generic counselling diploma enables her to work in all areas of counselling and psychotherapy.

Sarah now has over 20 years of experience in the social work, voluntary and counselling sectors working with individuals, couples and families from all sections of society.

She is experienced in all areas listed on this website but is particularly experienced in working with addictions, abuse, trauma, self-harming, eating disorders and relationships.
